This year’s season was an exciting one for Cycle for Survival—we celebrated our 10th year of rides and reached a milestone of over $100 million raised for rare cancer research since our first ride in 2007!
In 2016 more than 27,000 participants and over 188,000 donors came together to fight back against rare cancers in 15 cities nationwide including: Los Angeles, San Francisco, Palo Alto, Seattle, Dallas, Chicago, Washington D.C., Bethesda, Boston, Miami, Summit, Paramus, Greenwich, Irvine and New York City.
We are incredibly excited to report that with thanks to every donor—like you (!)—we raised a record-breaking $30 million for rare cancer research at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) this season! We cannot thank you and TripAdvisor enough for helping to make this possible.
One hundred percent of every dollar raised by Cycle for Survival is allocated to the most pioneering research being led by MSK within six months of the events. We look forward to sharing more about the projects that will be funded this year and the significant impact that will be made thanks to the $30 million raised!
It is with your support, that Cycle for Survival has been able to fund more than 100 clinical trials and research studies, creating new and better options for rare cancers patients worldwide. Thank you for continue to fight with us.
