Cycle for Survival - Update #7

By Natalie Lescroart | Fundraising Events Manager

Registration for Cycle for Survival's 2016 events opened in September; and as of this report, we're thrilled to be at just about 90% capacity for our rides across the country (15 cities!) this February and March. More than 25,000 people are expected to be riding with us in this fight to beat rare cancers.

We celebrated the start to 2016 by crossing the $5 million mark in early January, which brings our lifetime fundraising total past $80 million. We're so grateful to all of our supporters in the GlobalGiving community who have helped us to reach this incredible milestone; and what's most important is that 100% of every dollar raised has gone directly to research efforts at Memorial Sloan Kettering to fuel transformative progress in the treatment of rare cancers. Please check out some examples of the work that you're helping us to fund on our online Impact Hub, which is frequently updated with information around new initiatives.

This 10th Anniversary season of Cycle for Survival events is shaping up to be our most successful one to date - so we hope you'll come along for the ride!
