Balajothi Centre for the Disabled is a registered charitable trust, founded in the year 2004. It is not a religious trust. Its doors are open to intellectually challenged children from disadvantaged families, irrespective of religion, caste, creed or community. Parents are encouraged to participate in our programs through songs and prayers of their respective religions.
Ramu (name changed) is a happy person thanks to YOU DONOR for changing his life through your generous giving. Having broken his leg in an accidental fall he has been operated upon and is now able to move around with the help of a walker. Your donation of $150 was used to get him this equipment and when we receive more funds he will be provided with a wheel chair which will enable him to be independently mobile. We are looking forward to your continued support to make this possible. We also request you to share this episode with your family and friends circle to encourage their participation in giving to the needy. You will see more of our service to the disabled community on our FB page at the following link : https://www.facebook.com/balajothi.centre/.
In the attached picture Ramu is seen enjoying Independence Day on August 15, 2019 when we visited him at his home for distributing cakes, sweets, groceries and provisions to all our special children there.
Balajothi’s grateful thanks to GlobalGiving and appreciation of your fund raising efforts for supporting this humanitarian service to the needy disabled. THANK YOU GLOBALGIVING.
