ANKAA's Crafting Careers program is in full swing, and has been extended until July 2025. Five participants are learning how to saw using industrial equipment and how to manufacture products in a team. Upcycling techniques and creative modules are also included in this program, which is extended in order to adapt to participants' needs and priorities. Drawing upon ANKAA's own experience as an ethical manufacturer and a social business, as well as insights from other vetted employers in Greece, the syllabus is carefully constructed to meet the real-world needs of production studios. This ensures that graduates are not only equipped with technical proficiency in tailoring but also gain a deep understanding of the workflows and quality standards expected by potential employers.
