We are deactivating the COVID-19 Relief: Guatemalan & Kenyan Communities project because the Watha Project successfully built their third well to serve hundreds in Kenya (and hosted Water Access, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) Workshops for almost 300 attendees) and Community Finance Guatemala (CFG) will continue to receive donations and send out updates from their individual GlobalGiving project page. In fact, we encourage you to follow this link to CFG’s project page: https://www.globalgiving.org/projects/economic-empowerment-guatemalan-maya-women/reports/#menu and scroll to almost the bottom where it says “Get Reports via Email” to signup to receive project report updates from them about their ongoing COVID-19 relief efforts.
We want to express our deepest thanks for your support of the COVID-19 Relief: Guatemalan & Kenyan Communities project. This initiative that you gave to improved the quality of life and health of these people and we are forever grateful for your generosity.
Project reports on GlobalGiving are posted directly to globalgiving.org by Project Leaders as they are completed, generally every 3-4 months. To protect the integrity of these documents, GlobalGiving does not alter them; therefore you may find some language or formatting issues.
If you donate to this project or have donated to this project, you can receive an email when this project posts a report. You can also subscribe for reports without donating.
