In a world where socio-economical inequalities are pre-existent, COVID-19 is a curse that developing countries like Bangladesh are yet to break. The marginalised communities of the country are still deeply affected by the adversities of the devastating pandemic. Among the most severely affected are those living in poverty-stricken and low-income neighbourhoods to which our students belong.
Many of their families lost their only earning member and now depend on reliefs and donations to survive. Many had to make the tough decision of choosing between losing their job or settling for a reduced wage, and many who lost their jobs are still struggling to find one.
With your donation, we are able to aid in financial support to these families. From providing them with basic necessities to giving their children free-of-cost education, we are helping them rise from the adversities and move towards a more sustainable future.
This initiative has been made possible because of the collective efforts of our NGO partners, corporates, donors, and well-wishers. Your consistent support and boundless kindness have fueled our pursuit of helping the underprivileged.
We commend this act of kindness and hope that, with your continued support, we will build a better and more sustainable tomorrow.
