We really thank to all donors that have joined and support our HOUSE PURCHASE FOR CHILD CARE CENTER project. In this report we want to share with you a file with some pictures of our actual house, the place where we, as a foundation, have been working for many years in favor of our community. Sadly we can't call this house fully "our own house", our foundation headquarters, that's why it's necessary to purchase and acquire this place, because we've notice that now the place is small for all the activities, the workshops and all the people we attend and serve.
Having this place as our own place will let us to build, the way we want, the house of our dreams for the foundation, with all the necessary infrastructure to keep providing this social service that helps and benefits a lot of families of our community.
The house is located in Olaya Herrera neighborhood, one of the most vulnerable neighborhoods in Cartagena, Colombia. We love this place, we love our community, we've been working there for 8 years, and we want to continue working, attending, and serving there, that's why we want to purchase the house, because we know our work in Olaya Herrera neighborhood has not finished. The purchase of this house for a child care center will improve the quality of our service as a foundation, and will let us work in a better way for many years more, in our own place.
