Thanks to your support, the Council of Korean Americans is working to empower the next generation of Korean American leaders in the 2021 IgniteNextGen Professional Fellowship. This summer, our highly accomplished cohort of KA college students and young professionals have the opportunity to form connections around the country with each other and with professional trailblazers.
The program focuses on 3 core values: (1) identity-building with Korean American authors and leaders; (2) professional development via practical workshops such as strengths assessments and resume & interview preparation; and (3) personal enrichment with mental health specialists.
