On a cold Monday before sunrise, a young woman zips up her jacket and steps onto a taxi for her first day of work. A month ago she was finishing classes at a special-needs school; today she’s clocking in—verified, ready, and confident. What bridged that gap? A simple, proven pathway: train at a school-based recycling hub, get verified through the JOB-ABLED App, match with an inclusive employer, and arrive on Day 1 with transport covered and a manager who knows exactly how to support her.
We build practical, dignified routes into paid work for people with disabilities—backed by verification, skills, and employer enablement. Our school hubs teach real skills and create fee credits for families through recycling or fresh produce through our vegetable gardens.
