Grow Together in the Era of Climate Crisis
Global Civic Sharing has been working with the Self-Help Groups in Nyarubaka Sector to support the community's self-reliance for several years. However, we found that climate change creates enormous challenges for those people's everyday lives heavily dependent on small-scale agriculture.
To overcome these challenges, GCS initiate 'climate-smart agriculture' skills training program named "Grow Together" for farmers in Nyarubaka. This program will equip the farmers with adaptive capacity to climate change and pave the way to realize self-reliance.
