We have been working hard in remote rural schools....... we have been running workshops and been building hand washing stations in two villages.
We hold quizzes and run hand washing classes for the teachers to then teach the children how to show the children the corrrect way to wash their hands.
Below is a photo of a hand washing station in the village of Abenta. We have developed this hand washing station over several years changing the design to make the taps and stand stronger and easier to use by the children.
Village by Village is a UK-based charity with a mission to alleviate the suffering and deaths of children living in poverty in remote rural African villages. The charity's focus is on creating sustainable change that saves lives and improves outcomes for generations.
