This project was launched as a Christmas fundraising campaign to support children from vulnerable backgrounds through our foundation “Ridni”. The initiative aimed to engage donors during the holiday season, when solidarity and giving are traditionally stronger.
Unfortunately, the campaign did not generate donations. The main reasons were high competition with other holiday appeals, donor fatigue due to the prolonged war in Ukraine, and limited time to build visibility on the GlobalGiving platform.
As the Christmas period has ended, the campaign is no longer relevant, and we decided to close it. However, this experience provided valuable lessons for our organization. In the future, we plan to start campaigns earlier, strengthen digital promotion, and better adapt messaging for international audiences.
We appreciate the opportunity to work with GlobalGiving and remain committed to supporting vulnerable children and families through more effective fundraising strategies.
