As we reflect on 2025 across the nonprofit, philanthropic, and broader social sector, a common set of themes emerges: uncertainty, rapid change, and urgent questions about how best to support the communities we serve. Many organizations found themselves asking not only what will happen next, but also how do we stay responsive and accountable in moments of disruption?
In response, we enter 2026 with intentional structures and systems designed to support organizations during precisely these moments.
Listening in This Moment: A Practical Webinar Series
To meet this need, we launched the Listening in This Moment Webinar Series, a three-part, hands-on learning experience for foundations, nonprofits, and social sector leaders seeking practical strategies for responding to feedback in real time.
Each session combines guided reflection with concrete tools tailored to participants’ organizational contexts. The goal is simple and actionable: ensure participants leave with practices they can immediately apply to strengthen listening, decision-making, and responsiveness.
The series began on January 22, with additional sessions on January 29 and February 5(12:00–1:30 pm ET). Registration remains open, and we encourage interested organizations to join while sessions are underway.
What’s Ahead in 2026…
Looking ahead, we are building on this momentum with a robust slate of programming and resources, including:
Together, these initiatives reflect our commitment to embedding feedback as a core practice across the social sector.
Save the Date: 2026 Feedback Summit
Our 2026 Summit will take place in Albuquerque, New Mexico, at the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center, from October 14–16, 2026. More details will be shared in the coming months. For now, we invite you to save the date as we prepare for a convening that will explore community, learning, and collective action alongside other critical topics shaping feedback practice in the social sector.
