What is the issue, problem, or challenge?

Poor policy and procedures means $9.3 in dead capital is underutilized by the poor globally. Policy and procdure reform, requires, communicating the problem in a clear and simple way as well as capturing in the field poor policy and procedural implementations. Ideally tools digital etc. will be offered to help make suggestions for procedural things. The problem is viewed as a communication and design issue, which can give people access to their own dead capital bringing it to life

How will this project solve this problem?

first capture the story and frame it using narratives, and graphics. It is a complex problem with many actors and invisible motives. offer tools that allow for framing the problem by indigenous actors. Like Ushahidi for procedural improvement.

Potential Long Term Impact

a 1% impact in the problem efficiency and property capture puts $93 billion in the pockets of the poor and it only means re-designing procedures across countries.
