Hello Donors,
We are delighted to send in yet another report from the Uganda field! Working in good faith remains our precious focus for which we continually thank you for all your donations in the past June challenge. Much success has been seen both here and on our fund raising since the year started. We were able to raise $250 from a teacher donor from CA and this helped us to unlock extra $200 which was balance in the December 2014 challenge.
We remain diligent to achieve learning class rooms for our poor children for every amount donated; an item is added for the coming years. Continuing to raise the concrete block was a greater challenge at this time and we could not complete block with this amount of funds available. so with your June donations, we have raised a three roomed wooden block that can offer us free class rooms for the coming year. The funds have helped us to buy 52 iron sheets, 20 Poles, 7 Kg of nails, several roofing logs and paid the labor. We have also provided a Ventilated Pit Latrine where the learners will go for their sanitation in the coming year. We are happy to show you some photos here which will add to the story for our work. We continue to thank you for your generosity which adds immensely to our achievements which wouldn’t be possible without you.
Your ongoing support will always give us much hope to achieve even further for the sake of the poor rural children in our area. As an ongoing challenge, we look forward to putting wooden walls, Cement the floor, and build a shelter on the toilet. Also we kindly request you to make recurring support donation to protect our projects from being deactivated for not meeting the $5000 and 40 donor challenge on time.
As we move towards the end of the year, we pray you stay safe and May the end of year holiday bring you a complete year of happiness.
I again sign with much respect and love.
Sincerely Yours,
Lyakota Richard kent,
Project Team Leader.
