For many cancer patients in Ghana, the cost of treatment can become a major barrier to receiving timely and continuous care. Expenses such as chemotherapy, medicines, diagnostic tests, hospital care, transportation, and other treatment-related needs can place severe financial pressure on patients and their families.

What We Have Done So Far

Adjah Cancer Support Ghana has been supporting cancer patients who face financial difficulties during their treatment journey. We have engaged with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to better understand their treatment needs and identify patients requiring assistance.

With donations received, we have provided support toward cancer treatment and essential treatment-related needs. This assistance has helped patients and families manage some of the costs associated with cancer care and provided practical support during difficult periods of treatment.

We have also supported patients with essential medications and other needs while continuing our cancer awareness and community outreach activities. Through these efforts, we aim to help vulnerable patients remain connected to the care they need.

How Donations Are Helping

Donations are helping us provide financial and practical assistance toward treatment expenses, medications, transportation, and other essential needs. This support helps reduce some of the financial pressure on patients and families and gives patients a better opportunity to continue their treatment.

The project remains ongoing, and many cancer patients continue to face financial barriers to care. Continued donations will allow us to support more patients and respond to urgent treatment needs.
