Dear Supporters,
For many cancer patients in Ghana, the cost of treatment can become a major barrier to receiving the care they need. Expenses for chemotherapy, medicines, diagnostic tests, hospital care, transportation, and other treatment-related needs can place significant financial pressure on patients and their families.
What We Have Done So Far
Through the Cancer Treatment Fund, Adjah Cancer Support Ghana has been supporting cancer patients who face financial difficulties during their treatment journey. We have engaged with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to understand treatment challenges and identify areas where assistance is most needed.
With donations received, we have provided support toward cancer treatment and related medical needs. This assistance has helped patients manage some of the costs associated with treatment and has supported families during periods when the financial burden of cancer care becomes overwhelming.
We have also supported patients with essential medications and other treatment-related needs while continuing to raise awareness about cancer and the importance of seeking diagnosis and treatment as early as possible.
How Donations Are Helping
Donations to the Cancer Treatment Fund are helping us provide financial and practical assistance to patients who might otherwise struggle to continue their treatment. By helping with treatment-related expenses, we can reduce some of the financial barriers that patients and their families face.
The need remains significant, and this project is ongoing. Continued donations will allow us to support more cancer patients, respond to urgent treatment needs, and help vulnerable families navigate the financial challenges associated with cancer care.
Thank you for helping us give cancer patients a better chance to access the treatment and support they need. Your generosity is helping us stand with patients and families when they need it most.
