I write to say a very big THANK YOU for your support for Cambrian Wildwood.
We have plenty of good news to share. We have just been donated an office in Aberystwyth to use indefinitely, all costs covered, which is worth at least £3,500 a year. On top of the £1,800 already donated, we have £8,000 pledged if we get near our target. And if we increase our donations enough over the next 10 days, we have a chance of winning the Global Giving challenge and receiving an extra £2,000.
This makes our target for the rest of the appeal another £33,000 – quite a big challenge but we can achieve it by continuing to network widely. I have recently been in touch with wildlife and rewilding organisations in Europe and America, who are sharing the appeal through their networks.
Can you help us further towards creating a large wild area in Wales by sharing this link through your networks www.globalgiving.co.uk/22038 ? Facebook and Twitter are both effective. And personal messages to friends, family and colleagues with an interest in nature is even more effective.
