As we await for more donations the Organisation has engaged the Teenage mothers into more skills in Tailoring.This will give the young mothers a better hand at the time of receiving the sewing Machines.
The skilling upgrdade is being done in all the areas where the teenage mothers reside.
We are also carrying out on a research to identify more of the teenage Mothers,A Needs Assessment is continuing as part of our strategic plan.This will help us pinpoint how the project willaccomplish the strategic goals.
We are carrying out more training,,assessing the current skills,identifying the gaps after which we shall engage for Feedback.
We are also benchmarking against the industry.
This to ensure we dont make the Teenage Mothers Lose Hope in the Plans Designed or programmed for them.
