Hello again! We hope you will continue to support burn survivors in Taiwan

Dear friends of Sunshine Foundation,

After one year of being away, we are now back on GlobalGiving. A lot has happened during this time and the world around us has profoundly changed due to the Covid-19 pandemic, but our work to bring comprehensive rehabilitation services to burn survivors in Taiwan hasn’t stopped. During these challenging times, Sunshine has done everything possible to adapt to these unprecedented circumstances in order to sustain our daily operations and continue to provide services to our community. During the height of Taiwan’s nationwide Level 3 epidemic alert, we implemented online consultation services provided by our therapists and social workers, as well as online prevention and social education activities. As restrictions were progressively lifted, we returned to in-person service following strict preventive and sanitary protocols. We have been able to maintain our services thanks to the support of our donors like you.

We hope that you will continue to support the burn rehabilitation work of Sunshine Foundation in Taiwan by donating to our new project Rehabilitation for Burn Survivors in Taiwan.

You can maximize the impact of your donation to Sunshine during GlobalGiving’s 2021 #GivingTuesday campaign which will last 24 hours, from 00:00:00 EST to 23:59:59 EST on November 30, 2021. With $1 MILLION USD in funding available from GlobalGiving, there’s never been a better time to give!
