We are going the right way!
Three months have passed since we made the last report, time in which we have built more than 30 new houses; all this due to your help. We will never get tired of thanking.
July was a very important month for us. Over 80 Italians came to Peru in order to improve the way of living of the families living in extreme poverty in Cañete, by building them 24 prefabricated wooden homes. At the same time, we were able to make a census of the families that had received a home in the past, to see their progress after this “big boost” and how they managed to maintain their place in good condition. The results were great!
In August, two more houses where constructed with the help of the students of St. Ursula School. They raised money the whole year, by making creative activities and collecting money on the streets; all this in order to reduce the “gap” and ERASE THE INDIFFERENCE.
We invite you to be part of this beautiful long-term project. Any help we receive will be greatly appreciated and will provide us one more tool to continue with this initiative. Thanks in advance!
