Increasing global instability, and the unique challenges faced by schools in Washington, DC—the epicenter of the current political climate in the United States—have made things exceptionally difficult for the educators and students in the Inspired Teaching community.
Which is why at Inspired Teaching we’ve doubled down on our commitment to supporting curiosity, critical thinking, and connection in DC and around the world. During the first months of 2026, Inspired Teaching has strengthened relationships and expanded authentically engaging learning opportunities through:
After more than 30 years of doing this work, I know that uncertainty is one of the few certainties we can count on. I also know that Inspired Teaching is what teachers need to navigate that uncertainty, avoid burnout, and authentically engage students—the leaders of the future who will be tasked with creating a better world for us all.
