The hall was filled with excitement as nearly 50 children gathered for a one-day leadership workshop under the project Building Child Leaders Through Creativity. For many of them, it was their first opportunity to explore what it truly means to be a leader.
Throughout the day, the children participated in interactive discussions, group activities, and creative exercises that encouraged them to share their thoughts and experiences. They learned that leadership is not about power or authority, but about responsibility, empathy, teamwork, and inspiring positive change.
As the sessions progressed, the children became more confident in expressing their ideas and working together. By the end of the workshop, many participants shared their aspirations to become role models in their communities. The programme left the children motivated and inspired, planting the seeds of leadership that can help shape a brighter future for themselves and society.
