Building a Path to Education for At-Risk Youth

We are overjoyed to share that, thanks to your incredible support, we’ve successfully reached our $25,000 goal on GlobalGiving! This milestone reflects the unwavering belief of our donor community in the transformative power of education and social-emotional learning.

Your Impact

In 2024, your generosity helped MindLeaps provide essential educational support to vulnerable children across four African countries:

• Rwanda: 466 children supported, including 119 sponsored in school and 377 benefiting from receiving tutoring, school materials, or enrolling in IT/digital literacy classes..
• Uganda: 540 children supported, including 216 sponsored in school and 638 receiving tutoring, school materials, or enrolling in IT/digital literacy classes.
• Guinea: 277 children receiving academic support, including 217 sponsored in school and 60 preparing to reintegrate into school through our "Catch-Up" program.
• Mauritania: 160 children supported, with 105 receiving school sponsorships.

What We’ve Accomplished Together

• Sponsored tuition and provided scholastic materials like uniforms and books.
• Expanded our "Catch-up" programs, reintegrating out-of-school children into formal education.
• Launched IT training courses, bridging the digital divide for children and community youth.
• Delivered sexual and reproductive health education, empowering girls and boys to make informed choices.
