Your Life-Changing Holiday Gifts

By Emma Taylor | Head of Media and Marketing

Thanks so much for keeping them safe in 2014
Thanks so much for keeping them safe in 2014

We’d like to extend a warm thank you for your generosity! Together, you’ve given a fantastic $1,012 this holiday season.

Because of your donations, we’ll be able to build rescue boats, and that means that more families like Erica Mae’s will sleep soundly knowing that, if floods come, someone will be there to look out for them.

In addition to building boats, we’ll also use your gifts to train more community disaster response team members and invest in much needed life-saving equipment like life-vests and flotation devices.

Together, these investments will protect the most vulnerable during the annual floods which affect Banaba – and they wouldn’t be possible without your generosity. Thanks so much!

We’ll post updates on how your gifts are changing lives right here on GlobalGiving – so keep checking back.

As always, if you ever have any questions about how we’re using your donation please don’t hesitate to email Emma@IDVolunteers.org. I would love to hear from you!

Thanks again, and very kind regards.
