We are so excited to share our experiences working girls girls through skills development sessions that transforms their lives.

This report highlights how we equip girls with relevant skills through a tailored approach, fostering a supportive environment ,facilitating reintegration into society and bridging the gender gap and create equal opportunities for all.

Through our skills development sessions, we supported some of the girls who have been affected by teenage pregnancies, school dropouts, and child marriages who had lost hope in their dreams of ever being able to gain independence, earn a sustainable income, and shape their futures.

The skills development sessions offer a powerful intervention to empower these girls and build a brighter future. The effectiveness of skills development was first understanding the specific needs and goals of the girls. Conducting focus groups, surveys, or individual interviews to identify areas where skills training can provide the most benefit.

Our skills development sessions are designed with a holistic approach. In the last quarter we were able to equip the girls with different vocational/technical skills such as hairdressing ,tailoring and enhance their financial management skills of budgeting, saving, and potentially starting small businesses and provide them with toolkits to start practicinag and earning.

Robi not her real name was enrolled to our skills building program which enhanced her self-esteem and confidence, knowledge on entrepreneurship .For sustainability purposes we have been able to set up her hairdressing business, supported her with an investment of salon equipment.

In conclusion your support has enabled us to transform lives of girls facing challenges like teenage pregnancy, school dropout, and child marriage
