Hey Everyone!
We really hope everyone is doing well and enjoying the weather cooling down (or warming up, depending on where you are in the world).
This past week we had a group of veterinarians and supporters from a clinic in Sweden, called AWAKE. This clinic supports non profits around the world that are involved in animal welfare.
We managed to do 28 sterilisations on dogs that were on the waiting list and we used our shelter that we have on the ARRC property.
At the moment the shelter is just that, three walls with down corrugated iron but we have built a few shelters and the kennels and even managed to strike water with a boerhole dug earlier this month, which will help with the construction of the clinic!
After experiencing our work in the community, AWAKE has offered to send some donations to assist with the building of a clinic, so we very much hope our next report will have some picture of more functional buildings.
Once again, your donations help so much in us slowing building a clinic to be able to help the animals of Selwane even more.
Have a great Easter!
