Our Regional Director on the ground in Myanmar shared that the Village Development Team in Htee Whr Mu made a quick change of plans in March and decided road improvements inside the village were more important at this time that the bridge project initially planned. The new project is slated to start in the next couple of weeks and is planned to be completed by the end of June.
Adaptability is key to our partnerships. Being able to pivot plans due to a change in resources, access to material, weather restrictions, and safety concerns are all valid reasons for a change in project implementation.
We will share an update when the road project is complete. Thank you for your caring support!
