Project Report | May 26, 2026
245 Classrooms That Change Lives

By Tanyatip Valyasevi | Partnerships Manager

As we begin 2026, we remain focused on delivering meaningful impact through high-quality teaching, leadership development, and alumni-driven system change. Today, 70 Fellows are serving in 46 schools across 17 provinces, reaching 8,958 students directly through our Fellowship program

Building Stronger Foundations for Children

One of the most exciting developments this quarter is Foundations to Futures, an initiative designed to address learning gaps before they become barriers to future success. The program recognizes that many students arrive in secondary school carrying foundational literacy and numeracy gaps that began much earlier in their educational journey.

Rather than relying on a single intervention, Foundations to Futures brings together Fellows, educators, families, and alumni-led organizations to create a network of support around children. Fellows work directly with students in classrooms, while alumni contribute through teacher development and family engagement programs that strengthen the wider ecosystem supporting student learning.

The initiative is currently being implemented in school communities across Chiang Mai, Chonburi, and Rayong, demonstrating how the Fellowship model can create sustainable impact long after a Fellow's two-year placement ends.

Strengthening Learning Outcomes for Students

Our commitment is not only to reach more students, but to ensure they experience meaningful growth in both academic achievement and essential life skills.

Results from Semester 1 of the 2025 academic year showed strong improvements across core subjects, with students achieving an average 48% growth in academic performance, exceeding our target of 35%. Students demonstrated growth in English (+48%), Science (+38%), and Mathematics (+60%). Beyond academics, students also showed gains in critical skills and character strengths, including collaboration, critical thinking, resilience, and agency.

The quality of our program is also reflected in the confidence of our school partners. 94% of principals and mentor teachers reported satisfaction with the Fellowship program, highlighting the positive contribution Fellows bring to their school communities.

Looking Ahead

As we continue through 2026, our priority remains quality over quantity. While expanding access to educational opportunity is important, lasting impact depends on developing exceptional leaders and creating learning environments where students can thrive.

To achieve this, we are focused on:

  • Recruiting high-potential Fellows who demonstrate leadership potential, resilience, and a commitment to educational equity. For Cohort 13, we aim to recruit 50 Fellows and have already selected 28 promising candidates through our assessment process.
  • Strengthening classroom impact through rigorous training, coaching, and support that help Fellows build inclusive classrooms where students grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
  • Deepening partnerships with schools and communities to ensure sustainable improvements in teaching and learning.
  • Expanding alumni pathways that enable former Fellows to drive change through school leadership, policy, social innovation, and other high-impact sectors.

Together with supporters like you, we are building more than successful classrooms - we are building a movement of leaders committed to ensuring every child in Thailand has the opportunity to learn, grow, and shape a meaningful future.

Thank you for being part of this journey.
