Bring teachers to underserved schools : Thailand

Thanks to your support, we have been able to sustain and deepen our impact on more than 26,000 underserved children through a growing network of committed leaders. This year, we received over 1,500 applications and successfully recruited and selected 36 new Fellows.

Our 112 current Fellows continue to benefit from ongoing leadership development provided by our Leadership Development Associates, who regularly observe their classrooms and offer coaching tailored to diverse student needs. Fellows also participate in regional Learning Circles, where they share insights and challenges with peers, fostering mutual support and a sense of community as they strive to create stronger learning environments for their students.

We also piloted the Future Ready Initiative, which reached over 200 students and 42 educators. Through direct exposure to real-world workplaces like factories, participants explored how the future of work can inform classroom practices. The program emphasized essential skills such as collaboration and critical thinking, helping both teachers and students understand how to better prepare for life beyond school.

Your funding has further accelerated the impact of our alumni network. We hosted events such as networking dinners, Final Policy Pitching Stage, and Leadership Talks, which provided platforms for continued engagement, peer learning, and collective action. These initiatives inspire alumni to seek meaningful opportunities, exchange ideas, and remain connected in driving systemic change. To date, over 51% of our 362 alumni are pursuing careers in key impact areas: school leadership, policy, and social innovation.

This year, we also expanded our government partnerships, building on our successful pilot with the Prachinburi Provincial Office last year. We will now be placing Fellows in schools under the administration of the Rayong and Chiang Mai Provincial Offices, marking a significant step forward in scaling our impact through cross-sector collaboration.
