3. CHUNHUI CARE HOME PROGRAM STORY
Due to anxiety and nervousness after the strabismus surgery, Xiaoji were emotionally unstable and refused to cooperate with rehabilitation trainings. Chunhui Chen Mama patiently accompanies him every day and sometimes plays music to help him relax. Chen Mama also gives him eye massage every day to promote blood circulation in the eyes, help muscles relax, and alleviate discomfort. To prevent bacterial infection, hygiene and care of eye wounds are also important. Chen Mama gently cleans Xiaoji's eyes with cotton swabs every day. Chen Mama has made things easier for Xiaoji gradually. And finally, he was willing to cooperate for rehabilitation exercises.
Xiaoji is a very disciplined little boy. He often dresses neatly, and the shoes he takes off are always neatly arranged. Every day when he wakes up, he folds the blanket and smooths the bed sheets. Then he goes to the bathroom to wash up. After tidying up himself he also helps other children. How sympathetic and helpful he is! He always eats up the food in his bowl and tidies up the dishes after finishing the meal. He loves cleanliness very much. If he sees any scraps of paper or hair on the ground, he will pick it up and throw it into the trash can, and then take Chen Mama to wash his hands, which is so lovely.
Every Morning Xiaoji stands up tall by the height marker and asks Chen Mama to measure him: “Mom, how tall I am today?” Xiaoji has grown up to 110cm now. “I hope he can maintain optimism and confidence and grow up happily and healthily.” Chen Mama said.
