Summary

This project will prepare a plan of breast cancer for implantation 68000 villages in Bangladesh to free education provide mother language a rich book to 12+ girls and women- To develop awareness-prevention-suspected-screening test including mammography-early detection-management-follow up-rehabilitation.National and foreign donors also self volunteers are helping,by surgery with or without cosmetic/surgery and radiotherapy/surgery,chemotherapy/symptomatic treatment,girls 12+ and women will benit

Challenge

At present breast cancer is the burning problem in Bangladesh because Bangladesh is most Dense population-poor-neglected-illiterate-average and below about 47% are living in rural area in unhygienic condition. those mentioned 12+ girls & women do not no about the awareness against the breast cancer. They have separate living room individual so they can not do breast self examination according to the methods 1-5 written. So 12+ girls and women to do BSE at the time of bath in different palaces.

Solution

To develop awareness [breast self examination a day in a month-to know risk factors-ideal food and drink habit-exercise 30 minutes a day-not to over weight-limited fatty diet] against the growth of breast cancer in ambulatory campaigns and fixed methods in each ward (43,936) paid appoint a paramedics to develop awareness mentioned above. They also measure blood-pressure-diabetes-personal hygienic during menstruation-pregnancy-delivery-post-delivery periods. 45,000 new jobs will create 98% women.

Long-Term Impact

From the beginning of plane of organogram implantation required compilation within 2030. Organogram will implant by ambulatory campaigns 10 in a month collect self declared volunteers in each in campaign. Those volunteers after training teach her mother, grandmother, sister, relatives & neighbors 2-3 a day. In the end of 2030 self declared will be 1000000+ and continue the work round the year. In fixed method 1 paid paramedic 1 ward they do the same & tell for micro credit health care insurance.
