Boston Medical Services Ghana aims to bring primary care to Africa through Ghana. In order to get this accomplished, we are establishing a medical clinic in Adentan, a suburb of Accra to deliver reliable and appropriate medical services to this community.
Following our fundraising challenge on GlobalGiving in September 2013, we have been able to broaden our contacts and presence in the social media. As a budding non-profit organization, we have also been able to attract new board members with very diverse skills that are critical to our success.
It is exciting to share with our supporters and donors that we have been able to acquire enough paint for the clinic building which should arrive in Ghana in the next couple of weeks.
Directors of the organization in conjunction with other interested entities are working tirelessly towards the acquisition of medical equipments and supplies from the United States and beyond to help equip our clinic in Ghana so we can eventually open our doors to patients and deliver reliable and quality healthcare to the underserved in the community and beyond.
We are very grateful to all our supporters and donors for their invaluable assistance and helping us secure a permanent spot on the global giving platform. We will also want to solicit their views on how we can broaden our support base and attract more donors in the upcoming end of the year fundraising.
