_______________
Better incomes for 42 indigenous women
Activities
The 3 entrepreneur women groups have assisted to 4 social and solidary economy workshops, given by the Business Innovation Node from Ibero Puebla University.
In the first one, they expressed their personal and group goals, as well as their fears and commitments towards the entrepreneurship. In the second and third, they mapped the physical and cultural elements of their community, so all this rich background becomes part of the identity, values and products of the entrepreneurship. In the fourth workshop, they reflected about the gender roles and the value of housework as an important element to have a balance between entrepreneurship and personal life.
In alliance with Ibero Puebla University, we have developed an administrative and finances training program, so they continue strengthening their skills for team building, productive organization and market strategy. This one will be starting in April with the 3 entrepreneurships.
