Aldeias Infantis SOS Brazil carried out a training initiative aimed at strengthening the professional skills of young people transitioning to independent life after experiencing alternative care. The activity focused on preparing them for the job market by offering practical guidance on how to build a strong résumé, highlight relevant competencies, and present themselves confidently during selection processes.
Throughout the session, participants received tips on interview posture, strategies to communicate their personal stories in a positive way, and guidance on recognizing and valuing their social-emotional skills—key elements for securing a first job opportunity. The initiative also sought to boost their confidence, supporting them in developing autonomy and building more stable career paths.
This effort reinforces the organization’s commitment to promoting economic inclusion, expanding employability prospects, and helping young people begin their professional journey with greater readiness and security.
