Aldeias Infantis SOS Brasil has carried out a lot of activities with children and adolescents to provide well-being, as they are participants in a highly socially vulnerable situation and live in extreme poverty.
Children from the Rio de Janeiro program are taking percussion classes. Learning music for children is very important for the development of body awareness, balance and motor coordination. In addition to motor activities, the percussion class promotes socialization among participants and has an important role for their mental health.
To further enhance children's empowerment and self-reflection, we develop art therapy activities. The benefits of developing these activities are several: improving stress and anxiety, raising self-esteem, contributing to concentration and memory.
In October, Children's Day is celebrated in Brazil. We carry out a lot of leisure activities in the programs with your favorite snacks!
