The project biochar bringing toxic land back to live is to collect enough agro waste to produce enough biochar to convert toxic and degraded land back to arable for farming ; produce cocoa and coffee seedlings for replanting by the affected local communities.
We could not fundraise enough funding to implement this project. However, the donations amount from our donors enable the project to collect some biomass to produce biochar and prepare to stock down for the field work. The quantity of biochar produced is far less than the mount required for the field application hence additional funding will be required to undertake some meaningful activities within the project. We thanked our generous donors for their kind support and hope to raise more funding to implement this very important project. ASA Initiative Team is very grateful for your kind support and hope to count on your future support .
