Step Up 4 Autism recently hosted a successful Autism Awareness 5KM run at the Eldoret Sports Club in Eldoret town. The event aimed to raise awareness about autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders while also promoting physical activity and healthy living. The run was attended by over 200 participants, including individuals with autism, their families, and community members.
We would like to extend our gratitude to our generous donors who made this event possible. We received donations from individuals and organizations who believed in our cause and wanted to make a difference in the lives of individuals with autism and their families. Without their support, we would not have been able to organize such a successful event.
Special thanks go to Nuru Foundation, Bama Diaspora, Equity Afya, and St Lukes Orthopedic, who were our major sponsors. Their contributions provided us with the resources we needed to organize the event and make it a success. We also want to thank the Eldoret Sports Club for providing us with a venue and support in organizing the run.
The Autism Awareness 5KM run was a great success, and we are grateful for the support we received from our donors and the community. The event raised awareness about autism and highlighted the importance of inclusivity and support for individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders. We look forward to continuing our efforts to promote autism awareness and supporting families in our community. Once again, thank you to our donors for their support and generosity.
Kind Regards,
Ruth Tenai,
President.
