Hello!

Thank you for being an Atlas Corps Superhero! Atlas Corps continues to grow even amidst these uncertain times. Today, we are a thriving global community of 1,100 professionals from 110 countries! In the past 12 months, we have engaged more Fellows, brought Fellows to the United States, and launched our Virtual Leadership Institute!

Elisabeth (Cohort 7, Indonesia, Virtual Scholar) shared this reflection, "Through Atlas Corps, I cultivated my leadership skills....Also, the networking activities, such as the Peer Coaching Group Calls and Coffee Chats, open the new possibility for future collaborations with like-minded Scholars with passions similar to mine. Moreover, for my personal accomplishments, I recently secured a scholarship because my interviewer was impressed with my experiences."

Now, we invite you to celebrate with our global community of Atlas Corps Leaders. We have two great upcoming events:

Atlas Corps Fall Celebration - Friday, October 15, 11:45 AM ET

We will recognize our Fellows and virtual Scholars who are completing their leadership programs and will transition to our Alumni Community.

Atlas Corps 15th Anniversary Virtual Celebration - Thursday, November 18, 12:00 PM ET (virtual event to be posted)

Join us as our 15th Anniversary celebration continues! This event will feature special remarks by UN Secretary-General’s Envoy on Youth, Jayathma Wickramanayake.

Thank you being an Atlas Corps Superhero! Thank you for inspiring social change, one global leader at a time.

Cheers-

Abby

PS Also, I invite you to get to know our new CEO Bidjan Nashat in his first newsletter.

Hello-

How are you? Thank YOU for being an Atlas Corps Superhero! Last year when we reached out for extra support, you delivered. You provided the support to help grounded Fellows get back home; to engage new Fellows through a new blended model (starting service virtually with the goal of travel to the USA); and to launch our first Virtual Leadership Institute.

Thanks to this support, Atlas Corps is now a thriving global community of 1,100 social change leaders from 110 countries! In addition, Atlas Corps celebrates a key milestone in 2021 - our 15th Anniversary! As a donor, you play an integral role in our success.

July 14 (12:00 PM ET) - Bonus Day Celebration - Join us online to celebrate! We will be hosting our annual Bonus Day Celebration at facebook.com/atlascorps and the Atlas Corps Youtube channel. You can sign up on our event page to get the latest updates! An added bonus is that donations of $100+ made on July 14 through GlobalGiving will be matched!

Thank you again for all your support. Thank you for helping us to achieve 15 years. You are a superhero in our Community!

Cheers,

Abby Robinson

Acting CEO, Alumna (Class 2), Atlas Corps

P.S. Will you share with your network why you believe in Atlas Corps? Check out our social media toolkit - thanks for amplifying our message!

Hello Atlas Corps Community-

THANK YOU for being such a great supporter of Atlas Corps! We appreciate your support of Atlas Corps Fellows last year when we needed it most. This year marks our 15th Anniversary and we are off to a strong start - having engaged 1,000 leaders from 103 countries- thanks to you!

We also mark other important community milestones. We celebrate Scott Beale's leadership legacy as Founder and former CEO. We are thankful for the continued success of the Virtual Leadership Institute as we launch Cohort 3 in March. We launched a new blog series this month to highlight Alumni achievements. And we continue to engage our community with exciting opportunites to get involved- including Host Organizations, partners, and supporters like you!

As a valued friend of Atlas Corps, you have been a key part of our journey. Thank you! We invite you to celebrate with us the milestones of our community this year. Will you join us for these upcoming engagements?

Hello-

How are you today? On behalf of Atlas Corps, I want to extend our appreciation. Your support for our Fellow Support campaign has been invaluable to supporting our Fellows, as well as our entire organization, over these months. Today, we would like to take a moment to celebrate a few highlights and to extend a special invitation.

First, the highlights...

  • In November, we welcome Atlas Corps Class 40, a “Blended Class” where Fellows will serve remotely and then come in-person when it is safe to be in the U.S.
  • In November, we also launch our Virtual Leadership Institute - an online learning community for global social change leaders..

Second, the invitation….

Join us for the Atlas Corps Global Impact Gala on December 16th 12pm ET  We will convene our global network for a virtual celebration of the collective impact of our extended Atlas Corps network. We will be joined by Fellows, Alumni, Host Organizations and friends and supporters from around the world. We will also honor former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright with the Global Changemaker Award! You can contribute as inspired, and we will follow-up with details to join us. More info at: www.globalgiving.org/projects/atlas-corps-global-impact/

Atlas Corps Fellow Karam (Class 36, Host: Microsoft) expresses our sentiment best:

"Changes usually start with one person; Atlas Corps gives young leaders the tools to start their journey to change their small world and go from there to change the world at large. Your support is essential to helping these young leaders on their journey."

Thank you for believing in superheroes AND thank you for becoming a superhero! Thank you for inspiring change and supporting Atlas Corps!

Cheers,

Abby

P.S. We are accepting nominations for the Alumni Changemaker Award honoree, to be recognized alongside former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright during the Gala. Do you know an all-star Atlas Corps Alum? Nominations due November 2nd at http://bit.ly/AlumniChangemakerAward2020
