COVID-19 and visa restrictions are causing significant challenges to Atlas Corps operations, disrupting our classic Fellowship model and making service difficult for our Fellows. With current and future Fellows in mind, our commitment to training leaders has never been more pressing- and we need your help. Become a Superhero and support our network of current and future Fellows as we advance amidst the challenges of our world today.
Partner with us as we innovate to ensure the longevity of Atlas Corps: 1) we implemented significant austerity measures, including salary cuts, to meet our Fellow commitments; 2) we are launching program innovations (such as a Blended Fellowship for virtual and in-person service, as well as a Virtual Leadership Institute for online engagement of future Fellows) 3) we are asking our community for support to overcome this year's unexpected budgetary challenges that critically limit our capacity.
This is a short-term, time-limited financial challenge, in the medium and long term Atlas Corps has a very strong financial model and impact/mission structure. We cannot let a short-term challenge undermine nearly 15 years of hard work to build up a community of nearly 800 leaders from 96 countries. Many of you helped us launch with a $10 gift in 2006, we are asking you to support Atlas Corps now so we can overcome this difficult period and advance a future of networked, trained global leaders.
