During the first 6 months of 2026, Arte Pro has held rorally 20 art-based and socio-emotional intervention sessions using its standardized evaluation framework across four program modalities: the core workshop with a cohort of girls living in residential care, open community sessions at the Anahuacalli Museum, the Program in Shelters, and special collaborative activities. Collectively, these initiatives reached 196 documented participant attendances, with an average of 10.9 participants per session.
Throughout the semester, the curriculum progressed through three thematic modules:
Each assessed through pedagogical implementation rubrics (7 indicators), group process rubrics (4 indicators), and block-specific socioemotional development rubrics (5-7 dimensions, 1-4 scale).
The core cohort maintained 90.5% attendance relative to nominal enrollment during Block 1, declining to 52.4% by Block 3, coinciding with illness-related absences reported in the source records; this finding is documented as a monitoring priority, as available data do not support causal attribution. The single session with an explicit numerical rubric score (21.06., n=6) yielded a mean of 3.6/4 (89%), establishing a quantitative baseline for the following period.
Qualitative findings, drawn from structured per-session observation, indicate a consistent upward trend in autonomy, decision-making, and emotional expression across the semester, particularly within subgroups under longitudinal follow-up (core workshop and program in shelters).
Thank you for making this work possible. Arte Pro can continue its mission because donors like you continue to invest in our children’s emotional growth.
