-TFEC aims to keep students in school to bring hope to very needy & vulnerable rural Kenyan children, nurture them to fit and compete favorably in the society -We aim to offer free feeding to orphans and less fortunate children in the center -We aim to protect those at risk of sexual abuse, forced early marriages by giving free healthcare, sanitary pads, tution materials and free education -we protect them against COVID-19 -We aim to support our students in secondary schools after grade 8
.In Western Kenya deaths due HIV/AIDS, extreme poverty, competition for the scarce resources, diseases, Political and family conflicts, drug abuse and lack of educational opportunities put needy children at extreme risks of illiteracy, illness, hopelessness, abuse and lack resources accessibility leading to HIV infections, early pregnancies, forced early marriages and stigma that come with early menses on girls who can't afford pads, real definition of the poor child in this part of Kenya.
TFEC tries to eradicate poverty in our communities by freely educating as many children as possible and support their secondary education, who will care for their parents, guardians, siblings and the community in future. We aim to prevent HIV/AIDS, early pregnancies, forced early marriages and stigma due to early menses on girls who can't afford pads by keeping them in boarding and try to provide the basics. We do farming to get food for the children and teach and train the society same new methods
At TFEC is where these children learn to know the value of a family in which they are cared for, loved and educated until such a time they will be able to take care of themselves and their own future families. We mentor TFEC children for future self-sustainability and support to humanity. We train them to take care of themselves, vulnerable children and families and to initiate projects that support this program to continue helping needy children who will be in such a situation in future.
