Thank You to Our Donors
We sincerely thank our generous donors for contributing $48.12 toward establishing our Animal Rescue & Rehabilitation Shelter in Busukuma, Wakiso, Uganda. Your generosity is helping us take the first steps toward creating a safe haven for injured, abandoned, and vulnerable animals.
Project Progress
We have begun clearing the land where the shelter will be established. This is an important milestone in preparing a safe space where rescued animals can receive care, recover from injuries, and eventually find loving homes.
The $48.12 raised so far has helped us get started, but it is not enough to complete the land-clearing work and prepare the site for the next stage. We still have more work to do before construction can begin.
Why This Project Matters
Many animals in our community suffer from neglect, disease, abandonment, and inhumane treatment, often without access to veterinary care or safe shelter. Our project aims to address these challenges by providing rescue services, temporary housing, basic treatment, rehabilitation, and rehoming.
The shelter will also promote responsible and humane animal care within the community.
Next Steps
Our immediate priority is to continue clearing and preparing the land. Once this stage is complete, we hope to move toward developing the shelter facilities and creating safe accommodation for rescued animals.
We welcome continued contributions and the sharing of our project with others who care about animal welfare. With collective effort, we can make this vision a reality.
Thank you to everyone who has supported us so far. Your contribution is helping lay the foundation for a future where vulnerable animals in Uganda can receive the care, protection, and compassion they deserve.
