Through our Family Support Program, our team conducts weekly home visits with the help of our Mobile Support Units to families we serve, ensuring consistent, direct, and personalized support within their living environments.
These visits are a core part of our outreach and case management approach.
During each weekly round, we assess needs, deliver essential items, follow up on pending requests, and provide psychosocial support to strengthen the stability and well-being of households facing vulnerability.
By supporting this program, you directly contribute to the continuation and expansion of our weekly fieldwork.
Their support enables us to respond promptly to urgent needs, maintain regular contact with beneficiaries, and ensure that no family is left without assistance.
