ANASA program focusses in systematic financially supporting vulnerable families & single parent families living below poverty line that have been evaluated by our Social Service team. The final aim is the independence and social inclusion through the mutual commitment of both parties (Emfasis and the families) for a joint collaboration. With your help, we'll be able to give our beneficiaries humane living circumstances and dignified answers to their most pressing needs.
According to statistics obtained from our research and from the existing network of families that Emfasis has been supporting for the last 5 years, the increase in a household's fixed expenses is more than rapid. As a result, many families cannot afford their basic needs, are socially excluded and are threatened with upcoming eviction. Additionally, these families are in need of psychosocial support and assistance regarding health issues.
The program aims to cover targeted regular needs of the beneficiary families as well as to provide social empowerment with the perspective of restoring the families in need to functional normality. All families have been evaluated by our Social Service team in order to be included in the ANASA Program. For example, for a monthly contribution (per family) of 100 the breakdown is as follows: - 70 to cover directly the family's fixed expenses - 20 for food resources - 10 to cover operational costs
The beneficiary families and their members, having been disengaged from the agonizing and continuous search for their basic needs, will be able to mobilize towards activities extremely important for their social reintegration. With your help, we'll be able to give the assisted families decent living conditions and take care of their most pressing needs. In other words, the mutual commitment of both Emfasis & the family to cooperate leading to the family's socioeconomic full recovery.
