Dear Achvat Community,
The assaults on Palestinian communities by both settlers and the military in the West Bank continue to increase. Hundreds of thousands of Israelis have taken to the streets to prevent the government's attempts to destroy checks and balances. It's a moment of powerful activation in Israel-Palestine.
At Achvat Amim, we are asking: How do we sustain the momentum? How do we equip Jewish activists with the resources they need to enact change effectively?
We are currently preparing for a new summer program, trying on a new shape of solidarity. For 5 weeks, participants will dive into experiential education and anti-occupation action, embodying our values of Tikkun Adam and Tikkun Olam.
We continue to pour into our relationships, both with our Palestinian and Israeli partners as well as our participants. This is the heart of our organizing.
