Since the rise of the newly instated government, Afghanistan is facing one of the worst humanitarian crises of unprecedented proportions. As the entire globe has forgotten the people of Afghanistan, AIL has not. One of the most pressing matters that the nation currently faces is education, specifically girls education. Government restrictions have left them unable to learn in person and many of these young women do not have the technology of accessing our online course.
Government restrictions on in-person schooling for Afghan Girls is crippling the education system in the country. Our online course allows young women and children to access Afghan Institute Online education course at home, where they can learn education via computer. However due to funding not many girls have access to the course, and as more than 20 newcomers join our curriculum most extend further to more people.
If everything goes according to plan, AIL will be able to reach most of the percentage of young women and children across the country, allowing them to access our online curriculum. If we receive the funding, we will be able to distribute access to wifi and laptops/computers to those unfortunate of not having these capabilities.
If we receive the $100,000 in funding, the long-term impact will be transformative: hundreds of Afghan girls will gain sustained access to high-quality online education through the Afghan Institute of Learning. This investment will empower them with literacy, critical thinking, health awareness, and vocational skills, enabling them to become educated leaders and change-makers in their communities.
