Give aid to widows and orphans of this earthquake, who are the most vulnerable of those who are suffering. The aid will provide food, clothing, shelter and help them get back on their feet.

This project will provide food, water, blankets and counselling to get earthquake widows and orphans back on their feet.
Much earthquake aid goes to disaster relief and working to save lives. This project focuses specifically on the vulnerable group of widows and orphans who are in extreme distress due to the severity of the earthquake, but also the loss of their husband/father, who is typically the sole provider and the family decision-maker/protector. This project provides immediate food, water and blankets to those in need, as well as trauma counselling over a period of one month. We expect 100 women to benefit
