AELAN Chocolate Makers se construit!
AELAN Chocolate Makers is taking shape!
En plus de son centre d'exposition/point de vente au 'Deuxieme Lagon', ACTIV voit enfin naitre son magasin de chocolat. Les premieres machines (torrefacteur et de-huller) sont arrivees et vont bientot moudre leurs grains!
In addition to its exposition center/sales outlet at 'Number Two Lagoon', ACTIV is building its Chocolate Shop. The first machines (roaster and winnower) have arrived and they will soon start to process the good Ni-Vanuatu cocoa beans!

ACTIV est maintenant en mesure de produire des grues de cacao mais aussi d'aider les producteurs d'Epi et de Malicollo a acceder a des prix plus eleves et plus stables que sur le marche international - la certification Fair trade est en cours! Nous lancons maintenant un programme de formation pour les aider a ameliorer rendement et qualite.
ACTIV is not only ready to start producing, but it will also start buying cocoa beans from farmers from Epi and Malicollo at a higher and more stable price than on the international market - and certifying them a Fair Trade deal. We are now launching a training programme to help them improve their yield and product quality.
