Coral Restoration May to July 2015 Report
- During this period (May to July 2015), a total of US$180 were received via the Global Giving website from four donations, one of them recurring many thanks for the continued support, and special thanks to recurring donors (thank you again Laura). All your donations and giving this coral species a chance.
- The funds we secured from EGE Haina and the funds from you, were implemented with the expansion of the existing coral nursery in Juancho, Pedernales, and a talk was given to fishermen there about sustainable fisheries practices, see pictures in this report.

Coral Restoration February 2014 to April 2015 Report

- During this period (February 2014 to April 2015), a total of US$1,040 were received via the Global Giving website from twenty donations, one of them recurring many thanks for the continued support, and special thanks to recurring donors (thank you again Laura). All your donations and giving this coral species a chance.
- We have continued to update and create new campains for our Adopt-a-Coral Program, for this period, new campaigns were added such as Valentine’s Day, DR Independence Day (Feb 27th), and Semana Santa (Easter Week), creating more traffic into our new website and fundraising that way too. See related images as part of this report.
- We also secured funding from Tropigas Foundation, a NGO part of the Marti Group, they will be supporting the installation of 6 new nurseries all over Dominican Republic, which will result in more corals to adopt, so tell your family and friends.

Coral Restoration November 2014 to January 2015

- During this period (November 2014 to January 2015), a total of US$1,838 were received via the Global Giving website from twenty donations, one of them recurring many thanks for the continued support, and special thanks to recurring donors (thank you Laura). All your donations and giving this coral species a chance.
- We have a new website up and running for our adopt-a-coral program (adoptauncoralrd.org), and we develop a few campaigns for different special occasion and seasons (Christmas, birthdays, etc) to offer the public as a way to create coral adoption opportunities.
- Which such a support this period, we were able to purchase more material to expand our coral nursery in La Caleta Marine Protected Area. Which will be happening in the next reporting period.
- We are also starting to produce a draft manual on coral restoration from our local efforts, we expect to complete this by the next reporting period.
